In this course, Gregg Burch, a certified Organizational Structure Consultant, utilizes the teachings of Robert Fritz in a two-day workshop. This course requires sixteen hours to complete, and can be broken into two Saturday sessions to allow full participation by lay people.

We draw contrasts between operating in a membership versus discipleship model. The different roles of pastor and lay leader in a discipleship community are explored.
