Dave Daubert
Dave is the ELCA Executive for Congregational Renewal. He works with the Division of Outreach. Dave is a resource for congregations seeking transformation and is also very involved in the ELCA rollout of Natural Church Development (see our Toolbox entry about NCD). To keep himself grounded in the real world, Dave and his wife have taken a call to a Congregation in Chicago. Dave is putting theory into work in this local church setting.
The website referenced above has several good resources about transforming congregations. They also offer a great list of reading resources to support transformation. Leaders who are making a case for transformation in their church will find help for the cause on this site.

I had the opportunity to hear Dave lead a two-day workshop for Mission Developers. He has an incredible depth of content, and presents in a wonderful way that keeps people engaged in the work.
