Jeff later became ordained as a United Methodist Pastor after becoming a member of a contemporary praise band. More recently Jeff has served as a church growth consultant and as director of Christian Counseling Clinic, Inc., in Williamsport, PA.
Jeff holds a Masters degree in Pastoral Counseling and has met residency requirements for his Ph.D. at Princeton Theological Seminary where he is a graduate. Jeff also attended Lycoming College.
Jeff has been trained in both the Comprehensive Ministry Audit developed by Bill Easum and the Complete Congregational Mission Assessment developed by Tom Bandy. Jeff specializes in small to medium sized churches.
