Emotional Intelligence Inventory
Contrary to popular opinion, IQ and Educational Achievement only correlate to 1/3 of the reason leaders achieve success. Academic research shows that 2/3 of the leader's success can be attributed to a range of behaviors called Emotional Intelligence. Daniel Goleman, author of Working with Emotional Intelligence and the Hay Group, a consulting firm, have created an Emotional Competence Inventory.
