Linnea Nilsen Capshaw

Linnea Nilsen Capshaw is the owner of Alpha Health Partners and consults with health care institutions and churches from her residence in the Washington D.C., area. Linnea has over ten years of experience in hospital administration as well as congregational leadership.

Linnea was trained by the Leadership Training Network and is currently a consultant in the Lay Mobilization System. In her training, Linnea has become proficient in the assessment allowing her to make recommendations for change that is necessary to maximize church effectiveness. Her strengths encompass the creating and nurturing of healthy leaders to create healthy churches. She is trained in both the Comprehensive Ministry Audit developed by Bill Easum and the Complete Congregational Mission Assessment developed by Tom Bandy.
