Steve Keay
Steve Keay is a member of Lutheran Church of Hope in West Des Moines, Iowa and has been involved with the church's staff and lay leaders in organizational design, leadership development, strategy, and building initiatives. He is currently the President/CEO of privately-held educational publishing, printing, and training businesses. He has also been a partner with McKinsey & Company, an international strategy consulting firm. He holds an undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
